Tayyib Rana

Been going to Dr. Rana since 2012, will never return. After having 3 appts. cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice over a 6-month period, I finally get an appt. Receptionist opening words were, "need to see your insurance card. We don't take that insurance." In all the texts they sent me never asked who my carrier was. So, after 4 wasted days of dealing with Dr. Rana, I am done. Guess when you have so many clients, they no longer matter.

He has managed my glaucoma very well.. 2 years ago they removed cataracts and laser surgery for glaucoma. My vision is great. Can even drive at night. Highly recommended!!!!

I am very excited to be sharing my life changing experience with you all. Dr. Rana and his staff are very personable and truly care about there patients. I had cataracts in both eyes and on the scale between 1 and 10, 1 being the worst, I was in the 1 category in both eyes. After discussions and recommendations I went with the Clarion Vivity lens in the right eye and the Clarion PanOptix in the left eye. The procedure was very easy and painless. The results were amazing, never in my dreams did I think I would see this great again and I am 60. I no longer wear reading glasses and I can drive easily in the rain at night. I can see very small print and look far and see planes again ! Quick story: We had picked up a puppy " A CavaPoo" before the surgery and he was 2 tone in color. Light tan

Dr. Rana has done two cataract replacements for me. These procedures sometimes have post operative glitches and I've had none. He is very knowledgeable and answers questions directly and thoroughly. Office wait times during appointments aren't too long unlike my former opthamologist, Dr. Viti, who's office wait times were sometimes up to two hours. However his office did reschedule a two annual checkups on short notice (but never the surgeries), but my schedule is pretty flexible so that was no big deal.
