Love going to her, having issues w/ my eyes, it shows she really cares, trying several things & she said if those things aren't working, we go back to the drawing board. She listens & she replies very quickly, easy to make appointments & is available when I need her.
Provider was over 45 minutes. No one came in to say anything. When the provider entered she did not apologize for being late. I think my service with her was rushed. Was not satisfied with the service
Dr. Nicks was amazing . Not only did she diagnose my problem immediately, but was instrumental in having the Pharmaceutical company greatly discount my copay. Follow up visits were on time and she was truly concerned about my progress.
Dr. Nick's is very thorough and makes you feel cared for. A1 professional. Highly recommend to anyone.
Dr. Nicks and her staff are the best. Always going above and beyond for her patients.
