St. Charles Urgent Care

Arrived this morning during advertised office hours because my 8yo had fever and aches/chills. It was 10am. Walked to the door and it said they weren’t opening until 11am. Rather than drive out further my son asked to just wait in the car. Got out the car at 10:50am and was first in line. At 11 they didn’t unlock the doors. Waited a bit then called to see what was going on, and was told the doctor left and they didn’t know when she would be back. My son was miserable so since they wouldn’t unlock the doors, I walked back to the car to search online for another urgent care. After about 5-10 minutes, I noticed two ladies walk up to the door and they never came back to their cars (I could not see the door from where I was parked, so when they didn’t come back I figured the doors were op

Love the friendly staff here, I didn’t get everyone’s name but was quick and helpful. Nate was wonderful! Highly recommend

lady at the front was rlly rlly nice and professional so was the nurse who took my vitals. the doctor (tamara lee) came into the room and immediately started giving me a look like she would rather be anywhere else. I was sure I had strep since my symptoms were consistent and I get it frequently (3 maybe 4 times a year🫠) and they ran a test to be sure. to my surprise, it came back negative. The doctor told me so in a very condescending way as if I was stupid for having assumed. She says there’s nothing that she can do amoxicillin wont help. I tell her the pain is very bad in my throat and she Prescribed a steroid.I got my discharge paperwork, paid, and left. looking at them they are all about strep. if I don't have strep why send me home with paperwork for strep. she also did call in the am

Went in with a bad infection, gave them a sample for analysis and wrote me a prescription and I was out in 30 minutes. Followed up with a phone call 2 days later with the lab results to say that the drugs prescribed were appropriate for the infection that I had. Very efficient, competent and professional. Recommend highly.

I went there for a flu test very sick . Was told I had a $250 bill that was in collections that I had to pay or they would not see me. They would not show me a bill or anything. The service I got from th NP was good . I just don't think that is the proper way to do business.i have always had insurance so it's not like they did not get any money. Once it's in collections they sell off the dept. And they do not know if I paid it off with the company that they sold the dept too. I also thought it was a law that they could not refuse to see me.
