Taylor Family Dental

I've been twice so far for 2 cleanings and 1 exam. The staff are very nice and the dentist is knowledgeable and gentle. I would appreciate a more thorough cleaning (good not great) but no real complaints at all. I referred members of my family to the practice as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Taylor here for years (10+) and I have NEVER had a bad experience. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to the doctor. They’ve always been very friendly, accommodating, talkative, and professional. I’ve never had any pain from a cleaning or even from a cavity being filled. I absolutely love them and have referred several of my family members there. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

They are extremely painful here. I got my teeth cleaned and I could barely talk the next day because of how much pain I was in, a cleaning shouldn’t be that painful. On top of that the day I went into the cleaning I went up to the lady at the front desk to give her my new insurance information because it had changed since the last time I went there and she told me that I could just sit down and they already had it and I went to explain that it changed and she just told me they would get it later. Then I get a call and they say I need to give them up updated insurance I had an appointment the next day to get fillings so I decided to give it to them then.
