Body Dynamic - Physical & Occupational Therapy & Pilates

Both my mother and my daughter do physical therapy with Body Dynamics and they've been wonderful!! Brian works with my daughter and is so patient and makes sure the sessions he puts together (she had reconstructive ligament ankle surgery) work well for her because she has postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (Pots) and so there are some things she just can't do without setting it off, and Brian has all these cool ways of doing the exercises she needs to get done and she's never ever had any issues! She's been to other p.t. places and hasn't felt comfortable but my daughter is totally relaxed at Body Dynamics! Also the therapist doesn't take on more than one client at a time, so they aren't working with you and then walking away to work with someone else and bouncing back and forth.

Very professional Efficient easy scheduling. Clean. Inviting. Physical therapists are sensitive to need of their patients and therapy required. I am especially pleased with Donna

Brian is very kind and gentle with his instructions. I am 74 yrs old and had a very difficult episode of Sciatica. Brian helped me through several exercises that helped ease my pain and anxiety. I recommend Body Dynamics for anyone who needs help with physical therapy.

The tutorials were helpful and helped me stay accountable. Brian was very thorough and knowledgeable! He really paid attention to my issues and is gentle with the exercises.

Body Dynamics has been an integral part of my mother’s care by giving her exercises so she can avoid falls at her house. They go beyond just giving her exercises and give her something to look forward to each week!
