Taylor Drug

Our whole family has been filling at Taylor’s pharmacy for 3+ years. That being said even with them not being a preferred pharmacy from our insurance and their cost being so high we have still chosen to fill prescriptions there due to location and the likelihood of them having it in stock. Our 8 year old child who is autistic and unfortunately a guinea pig of figuring out what works is now the one who gets penalized because of Taylor’s. Due to a dosage change one strength going up and the other going down, the tech starting making comments and speaking on something she clearly wasn’t even qualified to handle. After getting the pharmacist to come over he refused to fill the scripts. He said they have gotten in trouble before and that the pharmacy board “ties their hands regarding this.” One

Absolutely love this pharmacy! Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful they always go above and beyond. One time I tried to use my insurance and it actually made my prescription three times more expensive. The cashier noticed right away, explained it to me, and even unapplied the insurance so I’d get the better price. Who does that anymore?! Today I went in for a strep test, and once again they were friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process was quick and easy, and their prices are super reasonable too. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that genuinely cares about its customers like this one does, I can’t recommend them enough!

Terrible pharmacy with terrible customer service. I have been going to this pharmacy for a year or so now and each and every time I get my pain medication and sleeping medicine refilled, they give me the side eye and treat me as if I’m some shady drug addict or something. I follow all the rules as per my doctor’s instructions and they still treat me as if I’m doing something shady. It’s truly unbelievable how unprofessional the pharmacists and the staff are at this location. They make it difficult for me to get my medications(that I very much need) filled. I will be taking my business elsewhere. You’d be wise to do the same.

Pharmacist Cody has gone out of his way for me a few times, to make sure that I have my medication correct and at the correct time. I appreciate him so much! All of the techs are always friendly and helpful as well.

I ordered a drug for a very sick cat, and they were absolutely wonderful! This was my first time in the store and I couldn’t help myself. I had to look at all of the goodies that they have displayed everywhere. I will definitely be back!
