Dr. Garrett and his entire team are highly credentialed, caring, and professional! They take the time to educate and answer questions. They have the latest technology and personalize the care they provide. Additional education and hearing training are available online to use at your pace and time. They remind you of appointments, clean and inspect your hearing aids, replace domes and filters, and overall make certain your hearing aids are working correctly. The available accessories allow you to hear TV remotely through your hearing aids, as well as to answer and hear your phone wirelessly through your hearing aids. I am grateful they provide the latest technology, allowing me to enjoy highest quality hearing!

These people are very gracious. They're not sticklers about rescheduling, or being late. They go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. They stay on top of updates for my hearing aids, they help with updating my software, and today they even helped me install the Lace AI software, which will help me learn to listen ( in noisy places ) to people that are talking to me directly. The customer service here is top notch.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Timpanogos Hearing and Tinnitus. Everyone is so welcoming and obviously very dedicated to their profession. I have worked with Seth from the beginning and he has been great. I didn't think I had a hearing problem, but testing said otherwise! I have had some questions along the way and a couple adjustments as I got used to the hearing aids, and they were willing to fit me in right away. Their customer service is exceptional! I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing hearing services. You will be impressed!

I can not say enough god about how my 91 year old mom and myself were treated here. Everything was very well explained and mom was treated like she was a regular person and not a geriatric person. So much kindness here. Highly recommend!!!!!

This office not only provides excellent professional hearing advice but I always find the office uber organized and the assistants eager, friendly and willing to help. Sheri is the latest example of such great support. Though she is new, you get the feeling you’ve been working with her for years. I love coming in for service!
