Receptionists are very rude and impatient over the phone assuming that I have no other schedules and appointments in my life such as a job. Not very flexible at all. Changing information and pricing more than once. I was told over the phone that my exam would be covered by my insurance then had to call my dad to drive all the way from Waverly to Paris meanwhile I live in Camden to pay $55 for the contact exam that I was not informed that I would have to pay for until after my exam was completed. The hydrogen peroxide solution I was given dried out my contacts and burned my eyes which I did tell them. I can not see with the contacts well enough to drive. The road signs are blurry and unclear. This was never fixed. I accidentally dropped my contacts down the sink and was told that I had to w

Dr. Taylor is a good optometrist. However, his prices for lenses and frames are astronomical and your not guaranteed a refund if you don’t like your glasses. Might want to think WalMart to fill the prescription since they’re about half the price and will refund no questions asked.

Dr Taylor and his staff are fantastic. I have visited his office twice and was always greeted courteously and professionally. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Taylor.
