Paris Eye Care

Horrible business. Please take your business else where. Went there in person to make appointment and only one available was a little over two weeks away. Ok, no problem. Waited the entire time only to have them call me and cancel my scheduled appointment due to bad weather. Understandable. Here is where my problem with them starts. They texted me to inform me of the cancellation due to bad weather and said we will contact you to reschedule your appointment. Still haven't heard back. Message received Paris eye care, I'll take my business else where. If this is how customers are treated I don't want to do business there anyway.

Veterans, Active Duty, Fed employees, and any other covered by Tricare or FEDVIP vision look elsewhere. I called to verify Paris Eye Care accepted my insurance before making an appointment, as I would be a new patient for them. I was told they accepted my insurance, so I set the appointment with them. About 2 weeks later, show up for the appointment and Paris Eye Care tells me, "They don't know if they told me, they don't accept 'Tricare'." I would never have set the appointment in the first place if they didn't take my insurance, hence the initial call to verify they were in network before making the appontment. MyEyeDr.(chain) takes benefeds(FEDVIP) / Tricare if you can make the trip to Jackson, TN. Frustrating for many reasons, and it would seem that they do not want to help with fed em

If I could leave no stars I would. I took my daughter to this eye doctor because it was convenient and right next to the eye center in walmart. So fast forward a little over a year later and my daughter lost her glasses so I tried to contact them to get her prescription to get a new pair and they never answer the phone. About five days of this goes by and I finally call the walmart vision center and the nice lady that answers personally goes next door to get her prescription for me since Paris eye care never answers their phones. She comes back on the line and states that they wont release her prescription because it is a year old and my daughter has to come back in and get another vision check for another 100 dollars. Mind you there is nothing wrong with her prescription, she still see's

Very friendly staff! They treat you like an individual and not just another patient. The optometrist, Brent Adamson, thoroughly addressed all of my concerns and had an excellent demeanor. Highly recommend!

Dr 👨‍⚕️ Brent Adamson he is an awesome doctor, and in my opinion is the best that I have ever been to and he makes me feel comfortable.
