Tatyana Borodulin, MD, a SignatureMD Physician

Dr. Borodulin has been my family doctor for a couple of years, primarily for annual health checkups. My appointment was originally scheduled for October. However, when I called to schedule, I was told November would be more suitable. Later, I received a call rescheduling for December. A month before the visit, when I contacted the office for a lab order and blood test, the office manager mentioned that Dr. Borodulin decided to implement a subscription-based fee, unrelated to insurance (probably inspired by Amazon Prime, but unlike prime we need to sign the agreement for a full year). Tatiana Borodulin has been our family physician for 20 years now and we cannot be more satisfied. Her professionalism and knowledge in her field has never failed to impress us. Doctor Borodulin has helped my family and I lead healthy lifestyles for many years through her thorough check-up procedures and extra work that she has done for me, personally, to help me reach a healthy weight goal. Her weight loss program that she referred me to has been my saving grace, and I am so thankful for all of the help she has provided me. My daughter also had recently torn a rotator cuff muscle (she is a collegiate athlete) and Dr. Borodulin did an amazing and swift job of making sure she received the best specialists and care for her injury as quickly as possible. I will NEVER go back to Dr. T. Borodulin's office. My experience was terrible. It was my first-time visit so I came to Dr. T. Borodulin as a new patient for a medical examination, primarily to get blood work done which is 100 percent covered by my insurance as a preventive visit. Yet the doctor billed me as an office visit and charged me $181 despite that she's in the network or my insurance. In the office I waited for the doctor for 25 minutes in an empty room, then T. Borodulin came. Within a few minutes of the actual visit, she wrote me a referral for the annual blood work and asked a couple of questions regarding my health conditions. That's it, that was the end of my visit to the doctor, there were no consultations, treatment, or procedures carried out. This visit does not cost $181.

Dr. Borodulin is the most knowledgeable and attentive doctor I ever had. She is very kind, caring, and quick to follow up. I feel safe in her hands because she is always up-to-date on all of the most innovative medical practices and is very resourceful. She always does her due diligence and follows up with you outside of her working hours even if she is not the one directly treating you, she still checks to see how you are doing and offers words of comfort and encouragement.

Dr. Borodulin and her staff are simply the best! I've now been a patient for over ten years and I have never had an issue or disappointment with her care. In my opinion, she is an outstanding family doctor and clearly dedicated to her patients.
