I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Go at Orchard City Dental. I originally purchased my retainers from her office, and unfortunately within a year, both of them broke. When I brought it to Dr. Go’s attention, I understood that it was technically outside of the warranty period since I only come in every six months for my cleanings. Even so, Dr. Go went above and beyond and provided me with a free replacement at no cost. That level of care and integrity truly meant so much to me. I absolutely love the service and quality that Orchard City Dental provides, and Dr. Go’s hospitality and professionalism make every visit a positive experience. Thank you so much for everything! I've inherited bad genetics for teeth so I've been to 15+ different dental offices ranging from Missouri, Idaho, Washington, Taiwan and now California. This is by far the best dental experience/office that I've been to and it's NOT EVEN CLOSE. Dr. Go is extremely skilled/friendly and her husband is an amazing interior designer. Laurie is an incredible conversationalist/assistant and she quickly makes you feel at home. If your insurance has partnered with this dentistry you should feel extremely lucky. When you step into the building, the interior office doesn't feel like a dental office at all, it feels like you're visiting your aunty and uncle for the holidays. Before you go into your appointment, make sure you know what channel on TV you want to watch because you get to pick!

I’ve had several good dentists in my life, but this practice is by far my favorite ever. I’ve worked primarily with Dr. Go and she is incredible. So knowledgeable and kind, and I trust her with the weight that dental decisions carry. The entire team of front and back office are wonderful people and I’m so glad to have found them. I am sensitive to the needs of people with sensory issues and health concerns, and this practice accommodates those needs beautifully. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Go and her team have been my one and only dentist for more than 20 yrs. I travel more than 60 miles one way to receive the utmost in care, skill, professionalism, latest technology and safety standards. I highly recommend her and her office to take care of your dental needs, whether large or small.

Dr. Go and her team are absolutely phenomenal. Every time I go to get a cleaning or dental procedure I truly leave smiling and grateful for the care, skill, kindness and attentiveness. They are also one of the only dental offices in CA that still has outstanding COVID/airborne illness precautions. All procedure rooms have fully closed doors and there is a stellar air filtration system (very high end, many maybe air exchanges per hour) along with UVC I believe, in addition to all staff wearing N95s upon request. I came for the COVID precautions, but I'm staying for the excellent care and attentive service. Its so good that I'm going to continue coming here even though I moved out of state!
