The reviews are true. Tatiana is incredibly intuitive and finds the spot that you didn’t even know was bothering you. I came in with two difficult areas (a recovering hamstring injury and chronically-tight shoulders) and she was able to address both in a well-paced way. She’s cultivated such a lovely and warm studio space that I could hangout in for hours. I’ve gotten lots of massages in many cities and Tatiana has created a space/practice that is rare and special. She’s also very kind. Do not miss the chance to work with Tatiana! P.S. she teaches yoga in the area and it’s a very thoughtful and intentional class!

Tatiana has a very calming presence when you walk into her massage/yoga space, which immediately puts me at ease to start relaxing. Her touch is always soothing and calming to the nervous system, and her knowledge of anatomy is quite impressive! I have been going to her for 7+ years for both massage as well as her yoga classes at Ocean Yoga and think she is the best at both!

I've seen Tatiana for several years, and was thrilled to return to her after COVID. She is joyful, gracious, calming, and very knowledgeable. She listens to your needs/concerns, and always finds "the spot" that provides relief! I scheduled an appt. for my adult son, who had never had a massage, and who was hesitant. After the session, he said, he would see her again! The atmosphere and setting is welcoming, ample, and cozy and the same time.
