Heather is an excellent acupuncturist in the way she listens to her clients concerns, carefully assesses the pulses and customizes the treatment for each person. I was suffering with back/hip/knee pain and had seen a PT and manual therapist which did help me. Heather’s treatment seemed to break through a layer that stubbornly persisted with other treatments. I highly recommend her work.

I had knee surgery earlier this year, and even though I was an A+ student at physical therapy, I was still struggling with pain and stiffness three months after surgery. I was worried that I might need another procedure, and had even made an appointment with the surgeon. But I went to see Heather first, and after a session of acupuncture and a session of bodywork, my knee now feels so much better that I canceled the appointment with the surgeon. So grateful for Heather’s insightful and expert treatment; can’t recommend her highly enough!

I've seen Heather for acupuncture treatments since 2021 for a variety of ailments and I highly recommend working with her. She is a true holistic practitioner and I've benefited from her comprehensive multimodal approach. She is also continually honing her technical expertise through education. I was excited to see her offering microneedling and am now several sessions into it. My skin is already brighter and hair that fell victim to postpartum hair-loss is starting to grow back- it's amazing. I love that she combines the microneedling with Chinese herbs. She's even provided nutritional guidance to support the process.
