Targeted Therapeutic Massage

From my initial phone call with Bernadette to the follow-up message after my first appointment, everything about Targeted Therapeutic Massage has been top-notch. I appreciated all of the information she gave, as well as collected from me prior to my appointment. Following up with me after my appointment was very thoughtful and showed the care that she has for her clients. As for the massage, it was definitely one of, if not THE best I’ve had. She worked very diligently on the spots that were bothering me while also tying in methods that were relaxing. Also, I really appreciated the balance of her checking in throughout the massage while not being excessively talkative which kept the massage very relaxing. Bernadette is super nice, very knowledgeable & responsive. She really cares about the progress and is quick to want updates and tailor your plan to your needs. She will talk and get you laughing if you wanna talk or if you just wanna quietly get a massage, she will do that too.

I had a great experience and the massage was what I needed! Communication before, during and after my massage were great and all areas of concern were addressed appropriately. Bernadette really listened to my body and spent time on areas that needed extra TLC. 10/10 would recommend!

Bernadette was great! First of all, she was very responsive. I was able to get in and make an appointment quickly. Next, she sent me intake forms asking about issues I may be experiencing as well as any medical conditions I might have. She also called me beforehand to talk through her expectations and explain what she does, which I really appreciated! It definitely put me at ease. On the day of the massage, the studio was clean and Bernadette was both friendly and professional. I got a great massage and am looking forward to working on my back issues with her. Thanks!!!
