Target

The lady with gray shoulder length (in a red type flannel shirt) hair that worked the self checkout this morning around 10 AM may be one of the rudest people on this earth. When you say thank you to someone as the customer and she looks as if her face may crack if she were to smile…maybe another body would do better. This is my second time with the rude people at this Target. Wow. Customer service has gone out the window at this location. So much for the 6 foot rule at Target. Do better!

We went there last night and the women's restroom was disgusting there were tampon applicators and trash all over the floor and it smelled awful even out into the entrance of the store. Also Target what is up with the prices on each clothing item being removed? A sweater I purchased had a price of $25 and turns out I paid $30 according to my receipt, which is only $5 difference but come on. The store was organized and staff was nice but the restroom and smell grossed me out. No amout of Starbucks smell could hide that rank smell.

Aisle labeling isnt conspicuous or in a logical order and online inventory does not line up with in-store inventory. I looked for NiMH batteries, aisle location claimed to be CL5. There is no aisle CL5 and every location in the store with batteries did not have NiMH batteries despite the online inventory claiming it was it stock. Also, the average Target shopper seems to be wholly unaware of their surroundings. Don't go during peak times.

Always ALWAYS always!!!! upcharges me for stuff. It’s been toys, hair supplies and tools, so much more. Always check your receipts because I have always had to correct them.

Went in on 8/23 to return a present that My Son received for his birthday because he already had it. We didn't have a receipt and was told beforehand that if it exceeded $100, they wouldn't be able to do the store credit without a receipt. When the gift was scanned it came to $99. Which, while close is not over $100. The lady said we were not able to do it, despite just stating $100 was the threshold. No escalation, no extra effort, no regard for the Customer experience. With everything going on with Target, I shouldn't have been in there in the first place. This experience validated that I won't be going forward.
