Nothing like going to pickup a Christmas gift that you paid for as a pickup item. You get there and your package has a FedEx label on it, a delivery sequence number and the box it all tore up and looks like trash! Really TARGET! How do you expect me to give this as a gift to someone when it looks like I ran up to someone’s door and swiped it off their porch, threw it in the back of my truck and drove around with it for a month. This is just horrible! The only solution I was offered was that I can look up the product at other stores and try to do an exchange for a better looking one.

Wow! I was totally WOWed! Cole, Charity and Isabelle did such an amazing job helping me out with my wobbly frames. They were all so friendly and helpful especially with my unique prescription and an astigmatism! Gotta give a big shout out to the Mexico Rd Target Optical team! Thank you!

I just did my first free drive up pickup at this location!! It was fast, friendly, very convenient! I tipped the employee that delivered & loaded my order in the car. He says they welcome a tip of any amount - I told him that having this kind of service is worth every bit a tip! Especially on a very cold day!!

Horrible customer service. Went to a line with one customer. After I stepped in line and waited for a couple minutes, the checker turned off his light and said he's closed and couldn't check me out. I had 1 item... There was a literal rush at the checkout while I was waiting so then had to wait in the long self checkout aisle (fastest choice at this point). When I scanned my item, it somehow double scanned and there is no option to remove an item without customer support, so I had to wait again. Target, If you don't trust people to check out on their own, then ditch the self scan and hire more checkers to fill all the empty checkout lines!

Helpful team members! However, need more handicap parking or ticket and tow the cars in the handicap spots that don’t have a card displayed on their hanging mirror. Majority of the cars in the handicap spots should not of been parked there.
