Never have I spent 32 minutes trying to buy men’s dress socks at 9:00 in the morning. What was supposed to be a quick in-and-out turned into a frustrating experience—getting access to the men’s department “vault” (why are socks locked up?), searching for a service button that may or may not exist, and finally having to interrupt an employee who was clearly focused on a pickup order. I don’t blame the staff at all as this is a management and organizational issue. Add to that a single checkout lane open with eight people and full carts, which then spilled into self-checkout. Watching shoppers ring up entire carts while debating sale prices with the attendant was almost comical, but only because the regular line was so backed up. Experiences like this make it very easy to skip in-store shop

I would give zero stars if that were an option. My experience with this Target location in Antioch was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The customer service was unacceptable, and the overall attitude of the staff made it clear that helping customers is not a priority here. It felt like no one was willing to assist or even acknowledge basic questions. When you shop somewhere, you expect a certain level of professionalism and respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking. This experience really changed how I view this company. Between the poor service, lack of accountability, and overall negative atmosphere, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope management takes a serious look at what’s happening at this store because customers deserve far better than this. I

I shop here regularly, both in-store and through the Drive Up feature, and the team is consistently friendly, helpful, and communicative. Everything is always well-organized, and the experience is smooth and pleasant. It’s service like this that makes shopping at this Target easy and keeps us coming back.

This women cashier with black hair and brownish highlights and fake eyelashes is super rude. Had to ask 2 employees to help me type in the gift card. She tried scanning it and said nothing was on it and then left. I had to find a new employee to help me type in the number. The same lady uses a super rude tone too with my sister. Completely unprofessional behavior at this target. But the other employees are good. She needs to go.

They refused to return an item with the receipt within 30 days. It was a false advertisement that stated a blind box toy is considered a trading card accessory. I found these items all around the store, even placed without the signage. Now I have to call their corporate office. My other review was an accident, sorry.
