DO NOT BOOK THROUGH GROUPON!!!! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!!! I booked a massage for a Christmas gift for somebody. I tried getting a hold of her for 2 weeks and no response. She then texts me asking me to book a massage on their website instead. I told her I already paid for it on Groupon and she said I still needed to enter my credit card information and pay for a nonrefundable deposit. She then proceeds to call me "bad people". Completely rude, unprofessional, ignorant, and horrible customer service. I hope they get shut down and never have the chance to operate. Good riddance! Save your money and go elsewhere!

If you LOVE deep tissue massage, this one’s for you. I went and got a trigger point massage and… WOW. I had one years ago in Budapest and have been disappointed by every single one since — until yesterday. She is AMAZING. Like finally-this-is-what-it’s-supposed-to-feel-like amazing. Highly recommend, and I rarely write Reviews anymore.

My boyfriend tried to surprise me with a birthday massage using a Groupon, and our experience with Gina was unbelievably unprofessional. 1. She never answers her phone. 2. Instead, she sends short text messages saying she’s “busy.” 3. She refused to honor the Groupon and demanded that we book online for an additional $100 fee. 4. When my boyfriend explained that he had already paid through Groupon, she insulted him and called him a “troublesome man.” That was the moment we knew this place was not worth it. Don’t buy a Groupon or any voucher from this massage place. This is a scam. I bought Groupon vouchers, but it’s extremely hard to schedule an appointment. No one answers the phone, the online booking always shows errors, and my voicemail requesting a callback was ignored. When I finally tried to make an appointment, the owner was very rude. Instead of working with our availability, she expected us to adjust entirely to her schedule. She then demanded my credit card details even though I already had a voucher. When I said I wasn’t comfortable giving my card information over the phone, she got angry, accused me of not trusting her, and said I was wasting her time. Contacted her and told her I found her on Groupon then she asked me not to book there because “they only give her $20” which made me uncomfortable. But her reviews were so good and I was suffering from a bad neck crick and couldn’t get in anywhere else (new in town). I got there a few minutes early only to find a lone random man in the waiting room. After 5 minutes past my appointment time, I called and texted her because I had not heard anything and the building and office felt sort of sketchy.
