Target Optical

Very poor communication. Ordered a contact less, which was supposed to arrive in one week and did not arrive for three weeks. They did not inform whatsoever. Went to store back and requested a in-store pick-up. I've told a few business days and I will definitely receive a text message once available. 1 week later, again no message/information. Went to store and picked up. This store needs to step up for a better communication for their product delivery status.

Sasha and Dan and the doctor was amazing. My whole experience was a 10. They went above and beyond to assist me in my whole experience I was nervous and scared going in and leaving i feel confident.

I had a great experience picking out glasses. The person helping me had good choices that fit my face well. Very happy.

After visiting a reputable optometrist elsewhere, I was pleased to pick out brand name frames at great prices here at this store and be able to pick them up in ten days time. I stopped in with my prescription from another provider and was able to use my insurance to get 2 new frames and lenses with blue light protection with no issues. The wonderful staff member that helped me, a young lady, with a very positive and friendly disposition, was helpful and knowledgeable. I will be able to pick up my new glasses in ten days, which is not a bad wait time.

Dr. Moore was incredibly rude and arrogant, and actually made me cry. I wish I could see another doctor at this facility because the Target is great, but my experience with him is worth driving much farther to a different facility. I wish they would add another optometrist here.
