Usually good service here. However, my glasses have been in for a couple of weeks without so much as a text message. I arrived at Target at 9:30am to pick them up. Hours on website and in store state OPEN at 9:00am on a Friday. It’s 10:04. There’s still no one here.
The doctor here is amazing - she spent extra time with me and gave me the best eye health tips. The staff was also amazing and helped me pick the best frames! Can’t recommend this team enough!
The lovely ladies working yesterday were ALL wonderful, including the doctor, who was attentive and really just went above and beyond. I didn't purchase in store, but the nice gal helping me gave me all the info I needed to call back or order online, which is what I did. (Ordered online) Thank you so much. I appreciate all of you!
My afternoon optical appointment at Target went well, very little wait time. Lots of frames to choose from. I like my Ralph Lauren frames. Good sale prices too.
Dr. Ayas was thorough, patient & kind! Nancy is amazing & considerate, I’ve worked with her for years @ the Northville/Livonia location, she goes over & beyond to help & I appreciate her!
