I am SO glad to have Dr. Bishai as my guy. He is a super skilled and very personable surgeon. He performed a shoulder revision on me with amazing results. Every single person in his office is super knowledgeable and friendly as they can be. They work together like I wish hospitals could. No nonsense. Just results obtained thru interaction and experience. I will be making sure all of my people know who to contact if they ever require surgery. I came to Dr. Bishai with what turned out to be a partially torn rotator cuff. He got right to the point, ordered an MRI to confirm the diagnosis, and clearly explained my options. I never felt pressured toward surgery. He’s direct, specific, and listens, a combination that builds trust. I decided to move forward with the repair. Having never had surgery before, I was nervous, but Dr. Bishai took the time to walk me through each step before and on the day of surgery, which helped put me at ease. Recovery wasn’t easy, and physical therapy was challenging at times, but Dr. Bishai’s follow-up care was excellent — regular appointments, frequent imaging, and reassurance that I was on track. Overall, the experience was far better than I anticipated, and the results speak for themselves.

Dr. Bashai is an excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone. He made sure I had all the information I needed, and made me feel very comfortable and confident before my surgery. The staff at the office is always very friendly as well.

Dr Bishai and office staff (especially Daria and Suzanne) are amazing. I would highly recommend Dr Bishai for any ortho needs. His knowledge and expertise are beyond measure. When you are under his care you feel like family!

I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and positivity of the staff, physician assistant and Dr. Bishai. Throughout my visit, everyone maintained a welcoming demeanor and demonstrated a genuine passion for their work. As a result of this experience, I decided to cancel two previously scheduled orthopedic appointments in favor of continuing care with Dr. Bishai, as I believe he is the most suitable provider for my needs.
