First time wearing contacts - optometrist and entire staff were great. Josh in particular was great - extremely patient teaching me how to put contacts in (and take them out). Would definitely recommend for anyone looking at contacts for the first time.

Dr. Was very knowledgeable and Knew what she was doing. Explained everything so it was easy to understand. The person who fitted me was very good at her job. She explained a lot to me not only about the glasses but how my insurance worked as well!

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Cameron and Tara yesterday. They are both very knowledgeable about the many different frame and lense combinations one can buy. I could tell they were very genuine in how they took the time to help me look at different glasses and sunglasses even though it took a while for me to decide. I left happy with the options I had purchased and excited for them to be available for pickup. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for new glasses. Thanks again!

This place is awesome! I had a pair of glasses I bought years ago from somewhere else and one of the screws that held the lens and frame in place came off and, after spending over an hour trying to get it screwed in, I gave up. I called Target Optical and they told me that could probably fix it. I went and they were able to fix it - for free! Josh the manager was AWESOME (he's the one who fixed it) and the lady that was also working (I didn't catch her name) was very friendly as well! Highly recommend this location just for the customer service alone!

Customer service is amazing they take their time to get to know to get you right and a long the way I love the connection and laughs we made from the Dr to the staff at the front is amazing and I felt really appreciated there thank you to the weekend crew this morning will recommend everyone to come in and get an exam THE BEST PLACE EVER🫶🏿🥰🫶🏿
