I had such a great experience here today! Dr. Heaps was wonderful - very personable, thorough, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. Debbie was absolutely amazing when it came time to order my contacts and pick out glasses. She truly went the extra mile to help me find the perfect pair, showing me all the different options in the many different frames I was looking at. She offered such thoughtful input as I went back and forth deciding. Debbie was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure I found something I loved. Thank you, Debbie, for taking so much time with me and for being so helpful - I truly appreciate you and your time! Highly recommend!

Wow! Sasha in Target Optical is absolutely extraordinary. She was so patient with me and helped me pick my glasses, and style them.. very thorough throughout the entire process.. truly went above and beyond I’ve never had service like this for eye glasses. Target optical is a great place to help with all my vision needs. The staff including the ophthalmologist and especially Sasha were helpful in updating my current needs as well as helping me pick out frames that were appropriate for my face shape. I appreciated how much time Sasha took to assist me and her honesty when she was helping me decide on the best frames.

Dr Heaps and staff were great. Me being my first time to ever wear glasses, they walked me through the whole process from talking to the optician to Alex, Tony and the other lady helping me pick out glasses was a great experience. They are fun individuals with great attitudes and not robotic
