I went in as a first time patient, and I came out very content and impressed at how Dr. Oakley and his staff were. Very kind; detailed about everything and overall found all the solutions and answers I needed; the office was clean and just simply amazing. Will continue to come here for what I need on my foot. I had a great experience at this podiatry office. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment you walk in. They take the time to listen and answer all your questions without ever making you feel rushed. I especially appreciated that they do not try to sell you on anything you don’t need. Their approach feels honest and patient-focused. Very professional staff and excellent care overall. Highly recommend!

From a service perspective, from start to finish all members of the team including the doctor were fantastic. The receptionist was kind and attentive, the nurse got me set up quickly, and the doctor addressed all my concerns. I even got names for places I can shop at that sell the shoe brands recommended by the doctor. The only reason I gave them 4 starts is because when I was left to fill out forms at the reception, the receptionist was talking poorly about, what I assume, was another staff member or potential partner of the business. When I was left alone to wait for the doctor, I could hear the staff loudly complaining about others as well. I completely understand venting and having friction at times at work, I don’t want to paint those moments as “bad”. I just found it unprofessional

I had the pleasure of getting treated by both Dr. Bin Nguyen and Dr. Gavin Oakley. They listened fully about my concerns and explained my options for my condition better. My problem was solved and they recommended follow-up as necessary. The office staff very pleasant. Would recommend gladly this place.

Incredibly impressed with this podiatry practice. Same day appointments available for new patients which was appreciated. Amazing staff from check in to the nurse/MA. Dr Oakley has a great bedside manner and did an excellent job treating my dad’s foot issue. This practice is 35 minutes from my home but well worth the drive
