Target Optical

Came in today since my glasses were becoming too wobbly and I couldn’t have free hands to keep them up all the time. McKenzie was super quick in fixing them, and was SO NICE too! We interacted for only a little bit, but McKenzie was so nice in those few moments. Thank you, would recommend her to all my friends here.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Target Optical. I was particularly impressed with two of the representatives, Venus and Dariela. Venus was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions about the style and fit of the glasses and I had a lot LOL. He was very helpful in guiding me towards styles that would compliment my face shape. Dariela was also a great help, thoroughly explaining the benefits of my vision plan and making sure I understood everything including any discounts. The entire visit went very well, and I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and expertise! 🙂

Customer service is amazing. I went in to ask a question about resizing my glasses even though I had bought them out of the country, but now barely stayed on my face. Dariela was incredibly patient, worked at resizing them, gave me advice on glasses size/shape for my face frame, and helped to make sure I could wear them. She was so nice and didn't even charge me, unheard of in this economic society we live in. I just wanted to say thank you so much for your kind service! I will be back when I need to purchase glasses.

Went to Target today to get my father’s glasses fixed. Carolina was of great help and very accommodating! Would recommend her at this location every time.
