Torrie is excellent. I had an issue with my rimless Oakley glasses that no other place I have been wanted to help with. Another employee at this location asked me to come back when she was there to make sure I got the best service. Torrie was able to fix my glasses while I waited and they are back to perfect… she even double checks them to make sure the rest of the frame was together correctly and in good shape. Thanks so much!!

Brian (front office) and staff were prompt and efficient getting me checked in and very polite and helpful with the routine eye care: then was examined by Dr Conati who was professional and took his time answering my questions. I recommend this practice inside the Target store.

For the last two years I’ve stupidly given them a chance at getting my eyes checked. This is the second year where I am returning my glasses and ordering online through Oakley because they seem to feel the need to change my prescription despite me telling them explicitly I like my prescription and it works perfect for me. The doctor(s) seems to feel the need to justify their position I assume by still recommending changes and this year will be my last year I go here fo my exam. I gave the new prescription a shot and had a bad headache for two days straight while I wanted to see if it would get a little better. It didn’t. I’d recommend another place where the doctors actually listen.
