I attended the West Valley Birth Expo in the fall and met Amy & the team there. I’ve been so intimidated by the idea of pelvic PT but as a mom, knew I needed some help going into having my second baby. I immediately felt comfortable with Amy and she took the time to chat through things with me while showing me the facility. In every appointment I’ve had with Amy, she respects what I’m comfortable with and takes the time to explain the reasons behind why we are doing certain exercises. Fast forward to 36 weeks pregnant and being incredibly uncomfortable. I went in for an appointment not sure that PT would help what I was experiencing but within hours of leaving I felt immense relief compared to the discomfort and pain I had been in for a week straight. Moment of Truth PT is my favorite place to go for all things pelvic health, prenatal, postpartum, yoga and massage. Amy and the rest of the providers are amazing! Both of my births went amazing thanks to my treatment here. Also, both of my kids got newborn screenings, which helped detect any problems. We love them!

Moment of Truth was highly recommended to me by my chiropractor. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and wanted a prenatal massage to help with some sciatic nerve pain. I went to Ilse and she really focused on my problem areas helping relieve some of the pain. It was also a very relaxing massage. Very relaxing environment! I would definitely recommend.

I have one more session to complete but wanted to highlight how amazing Theresa is (shockwave therapy technician). She made me feel comfortable the entire time and walked me through the entire process. Not to mention she has the most amazing energy and really cares about your healing, in all aspects. Shock wave therapy has helped tremendously with constipation and overall tight abdominal muscles.
