Target Optical

Iris helped me find a great pair of new glasses. She was super helpful throughout the entire process and you can really tell she loves and cares about her work! Buying new glasses has never been easier!

I was super upset because I received a prescription for a different patient during my last visit. Colin didn't ask for my name and just told me he would print my RX. I didn't think about looking at it since I was the only patient there. I received a prescription for a person that included her name, address, and DOB which I'm pretty sure is a HIPAA violation. I called and thankfully I was able to speak with Iris. She had such great customer service and definitely knew how to diffuse the situation. Thank you so much Iris!

Corrine has been an excellent and outstanding employee at Target Optical. My family has been coming to Target Optical for ten years and the customer service is impeccable! Corrine and Iris helped me pick out new frames during my last visit. I am so grateful for all the help I received. I look forward to my next visit. Both women Gabby and Corrine were extremely helpful and friendly while picking out frames and discussing which lens options to get with my insurance benefits. I picked up my glasses when I received the text that they were in (great feature) and this is the only reason this rating wasn’t a five,when I came in to pick up I felt kinda rushed…. Overall great experience and I would go back!

I want to acknowledge Corrine as a super star of customer service at Target optical . Her complete knowledge of the product’s she sells , sizes . She has giving me great advice on the types of frames that fit my face and is always upbeat and positive. It’s a joy every-time I get new glasses.
