Amazing experience every year. They’ve always verified my insurance coverage before I get there, helped me pick out frames. Contacts and glasses are usually ready very quickly. Always great working with them.

I pass several Targets just to come to this location! Emike is always so helpful and kind, she takes great care of customers. Romain is also very patient and helpful! The doctors are knowledgeable and responsive. I can't recommend this location enough!

I've been looking around to find new frames and happened to be at Target picking up meds at the CVS there. I ask if they had an optical department and the pharmacist pointed it out to me. It seemed very small but their assortment of frames fit my taste. The lady working with me, Emike, was very helpful and professional. We were able to arrange setting everything up in no time. It also helped that I have Humana insurance as apparently Target is tied into them. By the way, my meds were cheaper there too because of Humana. Definitely recommend you consider looking at Target for glasses.

My initial exam experience was great. The staff was very friendly, and everything felt smooth and welcoming. In addition to my annual exam, I wanted to get fitted for colored contacts. They allowed me to try two different colors in the office, which I really appreciated. I ended up ordering a set that Emike (I apologize if I’m misspelling her name) said looked great on me. However, when I got home and saw them in natural daylight, I realized I didn’t like how they looked at all. I called the same day to cancel the order. I was told the order couldn’t be canceled, but that I could return the unopened box once it was delivered. That seemed fair and I was completely fine with that.
