I appreciate Dr Hill and the entire staff. He’s professional and knowledgeable. I like the variety of designer glasses available. The 90 day guarantee is great. I went back after I received my new glasses because the bifocal feature wasn’t the same as my last pair of glasses. Sure enough, something went wrong with the initial order. I was able to keep my original glasses until the new ones arrived.

My first and last visit. I ordered for a meta prescription glasses and they gave me an entirely different order with different prescription. I have been using prescription glasses for the last 15yrs and never encountered such a situation. Totally irresponsible response from the shop. Now I need to wait for one month to get my replacement and they always have an excuse "this is the busiest time of the year" which no other shop does.

After my previous optometrist closed, I've been coming to Target Optical for the last few years and have been consistently impressed. Dr. Hill is exceptional. He performed a very thorough eye exam and was patient and kind, answering every question I had. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' eye health. I will definitely return for my next check-up.

Horrible experience. Rude staff. Glasses came back never received a call I called them came in the next day and lenses did not fit the frame. Had to be sent back out and it’s taking over a week. Worst experience ever. Don’t waist your time or money. So frustrating.

Thrilled with service here. Combine shopping + annual appt makes it easy. Had visited an opthamologist just before Target optical for contacts and the Target exam was much more thorough! That was surprising. Also, contacts were only 20 hours from order to my door. I like having a place to call with questions as well as online. Service staff are very friendly and helpful. Good pricing and selection.
