Target Optical

No one let me know the optometrist I was seeing for years was no longer with Target optical in this location and has since moved her practice to another city. Apparently there is a new doctor on staff at Gulf Coast and the website shows hours of operation but I’ve spent three days calling and don’t get an answer or a voicemail. Today I called the main store number to ask if the optical was still in business. They said yes and tried to contact optical for me but couldn’t reach them either. Customer service needed to take my number to walk to the optical dept to ask them to call me. Update: I still haven’t heard from optical.

Javier and Melissa were excellent and very helpful in assisting my husband and I in what he needed for lenses. Thanks so much again guys! Wonderful service.

Unbelievable customer service. I came in from out of town in a bind and the staff not only made sure I was taking care of but went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. They knew I was out of town and knew I would probably never be back to the area and that didn’t stop the excellent customer service. Melissa started it off with compassion and kindness followed by Luis’ expertise. This is the place where I want to take my family and wish there was more customer service like this out there. Thank you Melissa and Luis I forever be thankful!

This place is an absolute joke!!! No longer will they have an optometrist in office. It will be virtual. Had an appointment today, but after driving 30 minutes they informed us the doctor had been replaced and appt no longer existed. A freakin phone call would have been decent!! Stay away from here!

Target Optical was a lifesaver for me! Great customer service and was available to help me out when I forgot my contacts and was out of town. Highly recommend Target Optical for any of your eye care needs.
