I went in today to get my glasses adjusted and every other time I’ve gone in I had a pleasant experience but today the guy gave me so much attitude for asking and seemed like he cared more about watching his show then adjusting my glasses. He didn’t even use any tools just his fingers and every time I said something felt off he was very rude. Definitely need to go back and get them adjusted again by a different person cus he didn’t even do them good I just said they were ok so I can leave. That’s how unpleasant that experience was.

I’ve had multiple visits to this location, and unfortunately the experience at the front desk has been consistently unpleasant. The person working the front desk comes across as rude, unwelcoming, and uninterested in helping. Each time I come in, it feels like I’m inconveniencing him just by asking basic questions or needing assistance. Customer service is a big part of any healthcare-related business, and this kind of attitude really affects the overall experience. I hope management addresses this, because it makes an otherwise necessary visit uncomfortable.

Great experience overall! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The eye exam was thorough, and they explained everything clearly. Good selection of frames at reasonable prices, and the ordering process was smooth. Definitely a convenient and reliable place for eye care and eyewear.

5 stars for the doctor and eye exam otherwise 3 stars. Requested printouts with estimates which has never been an issue in the past but he would not provide this. Went back and Joel was such a pleasure to work with and get glasses and insurance figured out.

This was by far my best optical appointment in years! From the moment I entered the store Edwin greeted me creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would be delighted to recommend this center to my family and friends.
