Claire provided exceptional customer service. She provided me with the costs of the different types of lenses. She was very thorough with every step of my selection and informing me of what was covered thru my insurance. She was extremely professional and showed appreciation of my business.

Absolute stellar customer service. I had gone to lens crafters and was quoted over $1,000 on two pair of frames and lenses and found two pair at target optical for wayyyy less! One pair being the same beautiful Ralph Lauren frames I had really liked at LC. The store manager was phenomenal in taking her time with me, explaining all of the options available and the reasons why they would be good/not good. The store was clean, staff was friendly and attentive, and the glasses will be in quickly. Win win all around! Thank you target optical and staff! You’re A++ In my book. 🙌

Upon our arrival at Target Optical we were greeted by Coleen She introduced herself with a friendly demeanor and happy smile. Coleen collected all my mom’s information and treated us as we were family. Coleen went over all information with my mom and gave several options per her insurance policy. Frames were fitted and we left all within 20 minutes. It was a pleasure to meet her and have such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be sending friends and family to this location

The staff at Target Optical at the Northway Mall in Colonie are always very friendly, helpful and provide excellent customer service. I’ve been using them for over 20 years when I need a new pair of glasses. And, they’ll give you honest feedback on how the trendy frames you just tried on look on you! They also provide great support after you get your glasses. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience at the Target Optical store in the Target on Central Avenue. The young lady who helped us was friendly and explained all of our options keeping our insurance plan in mind. Very different from a stressful experience at Lenscrafter in Colonie Center.
