I have had several sessions with this masseuse at the old location and the current location. Malik really knows how to relax you and Target muscles and joints that need working on. Stretching sessions are excellent. It never feels rushed as Malik takes his time targeting areas needing attention It is nice to find a place that actually cares about the client at hand. And targets each client individually for specific needs. I recommend trying message n movement therapy for ur next massage

Malik is by far the best massage therapist in the capital region. He is talented and knowledgeable, with a deep understanding of the body that allows him to identify and release trigger points in each muscle. After our session, I feel completely rejuvenated.
