Cole was absolutely amazing! I came in with my 2 boys on a single mom budget and with little hope. The service all 3 of us received was top notch. Attention to details, no pushy sales, respect for what each of my boys asked for but maintaining what needs were appropriate and warranted. I truly felt heard and understood for once with great customer service. Everything was explained and my responses/reactions were not questioned. Service was quick. Cole made sure that everyone was happy and needs were met. We left with new glasses for 2 boys (8 and 11) and were done, ordered, checked out and finish our grocery shopping in less then 40 minutes and that was allowing each boy to pick out all the styles/colors and brands that they wanted to try. She took her time walking me through all my options, helped me maximize my vision insurance, and made sure I found frames that fit my face and my vibe perfectly. I came back a week later to pick them up, and they were even better than I expected. I love my new frames — especially my Ray-Ban Metas! Finding a trustworthy eye doctor and an office that makes me feel comfortable has always been hard for me. I have a very high prescription, so a caring professional is a bonus, and Dr. Brodeur has proven to be that person for me. The team at this location is truly exceptional. Earlier this year, when my employer notified me that I would be losing my benefits with minimal notice, Erica went the extra mile to accommodate me as quickly as possible. That gesture really touched me. I do not intend on going anywhere else!

I had a great visit today with Dr. Brodeur getting fitted for new contacts. Emily was great helping me get a few quotes on my lenses and would even rush them if needed. Love their state of art equipment and would class care. Highly recommend coming here.
