Spirit Physical Therapy & Wellness - Chesterfield Valley

Maya started as my physical therapist to solve my back issues. She put together a comprehensive program that improved my back considerably. I was so impressed with her work that stayed on with her as my strength trainer. She is very very knowledgeable, has put together the exact program a senior citizen needs, and is very attentive to changes in my situation. She has also taught me a lot about how to approach pain proactively.

I had a 60 minute massage with Ashley today and it was amazing! She did a great job at tailoring my massage to my needs. It was the best massage I've ever had and will continue to come back! I also really like that the price is all inclusive, meaning no extra cost for add ons or gratuity. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! I worked with Maya and she got me back from injury to on the court. We worked hard together and I had plenty of homework to do every day, but it worked and my body is stronger, safer, and injury free. I really appreciate her expertise and the way she explained and was direct with me about what was working and what wasn't. I never had to guess what my road to recovery looked like. That was powerful.

Patrick and his intern annd supporting andministrative team are phenomenal! I was referred to Spirit from my Primary Care and they mentioned to schedule with a PT that has a lot of experience with shoulders. The experience was top-notch all the way from the administrative process of scheduling all the way to the hands on treatment!

I feel incredible every single time I get a massage at Spirit in the Chesterfield Valley. My needs are met and I am very relaxed after my session. I will not go anywhere else!
