Outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable. Dr Crocket is professional, is current in tech and so easy to talk to and understand the diagnosis. I couldn’t be happier with my Doc!

The staff out front are attentive and very helpful. The lady who helped me even took the time to get me a 30% discount on my glasses through the electric company, of all things! I'm a huge fan of Dr. Crockett already. I've gone to him for years and he is just the most personable guy, aside from being super-thorough with the eye exam. He takes time to explain everything in a way that the patient can understand. He not only recommended I use eye drops, but he took me out to the pharmacy aisle and showed me exactly which drops to get. I wouldn't have any reason to go elsewhere when I feel 100% confident that I am getting great care, attention, and service here.

Dr. Crockett is excellent. He really listens and doesn't rush you when you want to explain something. Staff is friendly, and they take care in cleaning between customers, which is so appreciated.

Very nice staff!! I had one of the arms of my glasses go too wide, they made adjustments fixing the problem and gave me valuable advice and information for the future. Awesome!

I have been going to Target Optical in Bluffton for a few years now, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs an eye exam, contact fitting and/or to purchase contacts or glasses. The staff members are all helpful and friendly, and Dr. Crockett always takes the time to explain what he is doing why he is doing it and to recommend a medical eye doctor if needed. I've found some really nice glasses frames, and again, the staff is willing to share their opinions (if you want them) and help you find the perfect frame for your face. I will continue to go back to Target Optical in Bluffton any time I need glasses, contacts or a regular vision exam.
