I was here yesterday evening and was helped by Isabelle. Her customer service is excellent. I had a lot of questions, and she made me feel welcome and comfortable in asking all of them and never lost her patience. I got all my questions answered to my satisfaction. Also, Isabelle greeted me nicely and is friendly.

Ashley was absolutely attentive with all our needs and questions. We left with the confidence knowing we got the best service we can ask for. Her co worker melinta was also encouraging. We will come back for future service. Thank you ladies!

The staff here are amazing. They were able to salvage my sunglasses that had a super thick frame that other optical shops refused to adjust. Your mileage may vary of course, but they were able to get my glasses fitted just right, so I can finally wear my favorite pair without them sliding off my face! Super patient and helpful, I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff of this location.

I went to get my glasses adjusted and Shaylee did amazing! Not only did she adjust my glasses, but she also cleaned around the lenses and inside the frames where the lenses sit. 10/10
