Thayer Optical is amazing. Dr. Thayer is very knowledgeable, positive and welcoming. He delivered all the key information in an encouraging way, the eye exam was quick. Kourtney was very nice and patient. She doesn’t hesitate to give advice when I was looking for glasses. It’s one of the least stressful experiences I’ve experienced regarding eye exam and glasses picking.

I bought new frames in December and they have been great. Today I had a lens and screw pop out and came in to get it fixed. Kourtney was super kind and helpful and got my frames back to looking new. Thank you all for your help and kindness! Highly recommend!

My lense fell out of my only pair of glasses. There aren’t many options to get glasses fixed on a Sunday but saw Target opened at 12 so stopped by. Kourtney was super friendly and helpful - she popped the lense in and tightened the screw. She also took the time to adjust my frames. Might be back in for new glasses soon!

I’ve stopped by here multiple times over the last few years for contacts and glasses, and on a recurring basis to have my glasses adjusted. Service has already been great. Recently I went in to have my frames adjusted and WOW, Angie Gile offered the most efficient and accurate modification of my glasses. I’m usually there for 15+ minutes. After 5 minutes or less with Angie, I put my glasses on once and they fit perfectly. I’ve had glasses for 28+ years, I’ve never had that quick of an adjustment. Thanks so much Angie!
