Hearing Doctors of Iowa

I was directed to this office after a closer one was consolidated. It is a bit of a drive as I live in West Des Moines. However, I enjoyed the visit and was treated respectfully by everyone. I have another appointment scheduled but I am retired and don't really have the gas money to spend, I will go. Thank you Dr. Derrick for your concern and expertise.

My visit with Dr. Olson yesterday was amazing! One of my hearing aids wasn't working correctly and she was able to clean, fix, tune up the levels and get it back to me in a matter of a few minutes. I would definitely recommend going there!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Both the staff at the desk and the doctor were extremely friendly and helpful. This is my first experience with hearing aids so I was unsure what to expect, but this place has been amazing! They Helped navigate the pitfalls of using VA insurance and scheduling while working. After receiving my hearing aids they are great at making sure everything is functioning properly and providing after care as needed! Best hearing center ever! Doctor Olsen is amazing!

I got my hearing aids in Wyoming and had nothing but trouble with them. i came to Hearing Doctors and they quickly diagnosed the issue and got them working better. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knows what they are doing. I am purchasing new devices through them and can't wait.

I have been a patient at Hearing Doctors of Iowa for many years, I had my appointments there consistently both informative and pleasant. My only concern was my declining ability to remember new information for any length of time.
