I had an exceptional experience at the Target in Milford thanks to Caryn, who provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. What started as a simple return turned into a genuinely warm and enjoyable interaction. Caryn took the time to talk with me, and during our conversation she even pointed out a few items—several of which I ended up purchasing. It didn’t stop there. After I grabbed a coffee, Caryn actually came to find me with another item she thought my daughter would love. That level of sincere care and initiative is incredibly rare these days. She went far above and beyond her role, and it made my entire visit memorable. Caryn is a true asset to Target, and her kindness and dedication are deeply appreciated. Clean store with organized workers except for check out staff and not clean. The younger staff very polite engaged and helpful No access to internet email bar codes on phone while in the store or even to try to place or find another size through the app even the worker cannot help other than to give you a code and shop later out of the store. Target has the worst shopping app rewards and online shop ability than any place I shop…..

Caryn in customer service is amazing! I purchased a mixer that ended up being faulty. I wanted to exchange it but this location did but have the one I wanted in stock. She went out of her way to call and make sure another target had it in stock before I made the 30 min drive to exchange it!

Very easy to navigate the Target website for a pickup order. The order was ready in less than a half hour and store employee was very quick in bringing it to my car when I got there.

Got home to find security tags didn’t go off and now I have to return to get them removed. On top of that, the clothing area is never stocked and they have XS or XL sizing with very few sizes in between.
