CinciSmiles - Milford, Oh

Visited Dr. Kitzmiller yesterday to pick up a new Night Guard which they had designed specifically for my teeth and printed with their 3D printer. This was such a nice thing. Not only is this a great device for sleeping but now that he has this set up I’ll be able to get replacements whenever they wear out. The staff was so gracious. I’ve been to so many dentists over the years and I’m really lucky to have found the best of the best right here. Thanks to Dr.Andrew, Sara, Becky and Michelle..!!

Great experience. Every member of the staff is always so caring, nice and genuine. Both doctors there are awesome. From cleanings (dental hygienists are wonderful too!) to Invisalign. They have always provided excellent care. They also got a fancy coffee machine. Their coffee is very good.

I sent an email regarding my last appointment about how I was disappointed in my experience but I have yet to hear back to resolve this issue. Heather the hygienist will make it known that your child is not welcomed at the office. I didn’t have a sitter so I had to bring my toddler. This was not an ideal situation for me but it was out of my control. I made the office aware of my situation the day before my appointment and the front desk said it would be okay. At my appointment it was visible that my child’s presence was a source of irritation for Heather. Her tone and comments were very rude. My child didn’t scream or cry and was not disruptive.. you wouldn’t have known she was there unless you saw her. The visible annoyance made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I had my new patient appointment for a problem with a crown, assuming I’d need a root canal. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Andrew said he'd like to try a conservative approach first. He was friendly and explained everything so well. Sarah and the rest of team were great too! Scheduling was easy and I was seen on time. I look forward to having my dental care at CinciSmiles.
