Cincinnati Dental Services Milford

I had never been there before. They got me in quickly as it was a medical exam I needed because of cancer. Mona the Hygienist was spectacular!! She took so much time cleaning my teeth and was very thorough!! She explained everything along the way. And showed so much concern and care. I only saw Dr Kuhr (sp) briefly but she seems nice.

When I arrived at the dentist appointment everyone is very friendly and go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. .I really never liked to go to the dentist. But they take the time to make sure you understand everything that they do and is very caring to everyone. Thanks for taken time to make me feel welcome at the office Connie pasley...

They changed appointment times on us the first time we ever went, mind you it was the day of those appointments when they made the changes (which cost me vacation hours from work). They gave us no warning and said they either had to make the change or our appointments for that day would need to be rescheduled altogether after we had already made the hour drive there. The second time around, they moved my appointments again without first notifying me so I canceled altogether and am now looking for a dentist with better office staff that can do better with communication and scheduling.

I find the staff friendly and helpful. My last two visits were, however, very uncomfortable. I tell them up front that my teeth and gums are very sensitive - the hygienist was particularly rough and my mouth was sore for several hours after. Additionally, no one informed me that Dr. Ralph had left the practice. I would not have known except I asked about the name on the paperwork. Dr. Kaur was very kind and helpful but I should have been told about the change up front.

It was the best dental experience I have had in a very long time. The Dental Hygenist, Mona, was so nice and attentive. She also was very knowledgable and skilled. Dr. Ralph was very personable and seemed excellent. I will happily refer people to this practice, and will look forward to future visits. The front office people were very welcoming, also.
