Attempted drive up pick up on Tuesday Dec 9 a little after 1pm. Waited more than 30 minutes with all pick up spots full of people waiting. Went inside, reshopped my items since no one available to pick up my order, paid and left and cars on both sides of where I was waiting were still waiting a full 40 minutes post arrival. On way out saw a manager and shared the experience, asked why other staff weren't being pulled to help. He said he was "aware" of the problem. Yep aware and doing nothing, perhaps he should have been outside helping not walking around watching empty registers. I get short staffing, but not having staff standing around in the store (there was no line at multiple registers) and failing to address a clear service meltdown.

This store sucks at Drive up. It doesn’t matter how small my order is, I’m waiting 15 minutes minimum. Other cars will come and go and I’m still sitting there. Today, I waited 30 minutes for my order. The app, funny enough, said it’s usually not busy at that time! I get that I had a big order, but I was told my order was ready, I selected on the app that I was on my way, put in my drive up spot immediately, and watched as multiple cars came and went. Finally an associate came over to me with 1 bag and I said that’s not my order but I have been here 30 minutes. He said he would look into it. Another 12 minutes goes by before someone else comes out, loads up my trunk and shuts the door. No apology for the wait, no have a good day. I was getting ready to check out, went to the last cashier, she rolled her eyes at me, I said Hi, she grumbled at me! I said oops I forgot something, left then went to the other cashier who was smiling and happy. Come home find out Target has a new policy and they want their Employees be pleasant. They need to get rid of that employee. She was already mad the Manager didn’t let her go on break. Good Luck with your new Policy!! HAHA

I’ve rarely had issues with customer service, but my experience today around 1:30 PM was deeply disappointing. The cashier I interacted with was visibly impatient and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone regarding my method of payment. She did not acknowledge my polite greeting, which immediately set an uncomfortable tone. As a Muslim woman who wears hijab, the interaction felt influenced by implicit bias toward my identity and intersectionality. Being treated differently based on appearance or background is unacceptable, and no customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected in this way. This experience was distressing enough that I now feel hesitant to use non–self-checkout lanes. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces expectations around professionalism

Manager Doug at this location extremely rude, I had a young girl helping me out with finding stuff when he came over and sternly said to her, “what are you doing?!” I could tell it made the young girl uncomfortable. I don’t agree with talking to your employees disrespectful.
