What a wonderful patient experience! Laura, the receptionist. Was extremely kind and thorough. Claudia, the tech that took my vitals, was wonderful and patient and Kaitlyn the NP was tremendous. All three have such compassion for people and it appears that they all truly like their job. Thank you.

My son’s doctor(Nurse Practitioner) was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, timely and pleasant. The diagnosis was spot on and has since been resolved. I will definitely return to this location in the future. We were there only 2 hours. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves stellar recognition. I’m a mom of 3 and I’ve visited just about every convenient care in the NW suburbs and I’ll take this one over all of them.

This was the best experience I've ever had at any immediate care. The staff and doctors were amazing. They took care of all patients in a timely manner. No long waiting and just seeing people walking around looking like they're doing nothing. I was able to go in and get taken care of all in under 2 hours. That's with 8 stitches as well. I'm from the city and would take a drive 35 minutes to be seen by this facility.

Very professional staff. You can walk in or schedule an appointment- we were able to schedule one over the phone which was super easy. As of January their prices were 120 for uninsured patients. This includes the visit AND any swab or urine culture etc that they can do on site which is the best price I have seen anywhere. We were able to get medications from our pharmacy within a couple hours of our visit. They also use interpreter services using a tablet if translation is needed. Could not be more satisfied.

This was my first time at Physicians Immediate Care. It was a very good experience. The front desk person was helpful and kind. The Nurse Margaret and PA Joanna were all good listeners to my symptoms and had good communication. It was a no frills exam room which was great. On site xray machine. Xray tech was also kind and helpful. They effectively addressed my issue. Would definitely recommend.
