Been with this doctor 20+years. They have an awesome staff .

First appointment was nice. Nice building nice staff. Called in the morning to make an appointment cause I wasn't feeling well, receptionist made it for the same day at 1:45pm asked if there was anything later was told no. Okay fine. Tried to make it but having kids I wasnt going to be able to be there on time. Called to reschedule, receptionist said I can't reschedule because I cancelled my appointment. I asked why if I called the same day to make the appointment am I unable to reschedule. She said because I am cancelling my appointment late notice I wont be able to make a new appointment per the system won't let her. I wasn't informed that if I wanted to reschedule I wouldnt be able to and now I supposedly have to wait until next week to even call and make an appointment. Very frustra

Very rude made a bad situation worse i left there very stressed and wasnt even seen by a doctor because there nurses or receptionist (or whatever they are) didnt even know what they were doing i changed my docter and will never set foot in there again and dont recommend anybody going there
