This place used to be amazing but has high turnover the last couple of years. Every time I would go in it would be a new doctor. I referred my husband there and they screwed up his billing, contact order, etc. Ended up charging him more because they didn't calculate it right, no apology, just excuses. I chalked it up to new staff, but then I went and same discombobulated experience and yet another new doctor. The quality and customer service of this place has diminished greatly.
This is the worst vision office I’ve ever been to. If you are looking for a friendly eye care office this place isn't for you. I've been a patient for over 10 years, but I will never return. Their staff is rude and unprofessional.
