While the doctors in this office are great, the billing staff is absolutely ridiculous. I called them to ask if I could come in for a shoulder surgery. When the PA got on the phone to tell me that they don’t do shoulders and to go somewhere else, they fraudulently billed my insurance company and continue to demand co-pays.

Wonderful experience with Tara Grosskopf. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, answered all my questions and gave the least painful injection in my shoulder I’ve ever had.
