Dr. Rachel Guida was phenomenal on treating my pelvic floor issues and I would recommend seeing her at Lotus Physical Therapy. Her guidance helped me strengthen and overcome my issues I had for over 20 years. It has been a "superhero" moment which took only a few visits to alleviate. I was able to forego procedures that pushy surgeons were chasing me to schedule. I was able to confidently cancel my future therapy appointments and know that if symptoms arise again, I will return for a "tune-up".
