They prescribed me magic mouthwash for symptoms another urgent care deemed as acute bacteria sinusitis. Even after I begged for antibiotics. I was in pain days after my visit to Tanner …. My headaches, earaches, and face aches and even felt like my eye ball was about to pop out with each sneeze or cough. I had tons of yellow greenish snot dripping from my nose and coming up from my chest. I will never go to them again. I even called after my symptoms worsened to speak with Ashley Gimbert the provider who I saw to see if she can prescribe anything other than the magic mouthwash and she told me to see my primary care doctor…. I paid $75 for nothing. She didn’t check my temperature or nothing just said I was negative for flu and strep and that’s all she can do. Smh. Don’t waste your time or y

Dr. Achebe was efficient and very warm. She ensured both my child and I understand what she was doing and our options going forward. We appreciate the polite manner in which this appointment was handled.

I always have an excellent experience at Tanner Urgent Care in Villa Rica. The staff are always genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming, which makes a stressful visit much easier. Dr. Garg and Dr. Achebe are always both wonderful—professional, attentive, and thorough. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I feel comfortable and cared for. From check-in to checkout, the whole team show compassion and respect. I highly recommended this location for anyone looking for quality care with truly kind providers.

My daughter and I were seen today. Tonda, our nurse was absolutely amazing right from the start. You could tell that patient care mattered and she did everything in her power to keep a sick 6 year old from having a bad experience. Our nurse practitioner, Ashley was also very pleasant and answered all my questions. I can’t recommend either of them enough!!
